Download osuAccess for Windows (free)
Unzip anywhere and read README.txt first — it walks you through your first launch. A narrated in-game tutorial teaches the gameplay on real songs. Works with NVDA; the game speaks through your screen reader.
How it plays
- Echo mode: the game plays each short phrase of notes first — panned left and right, one sound per key — then you repeat it as the real notes arrive. Listen, answer, flow.
- Four game styles: falling keys (mania), drums (taiko) and fruit catching, with any song playable in any of them.
- Play any song: browse and download from the game's huge free song library, entirely by keyboard.
- Your rules: play maps at any key count, choose your own key sounds, tune every volume — accessibility means choice.
- The community leaderboard: fair scores, per-song tables and overall standings for players of this build — spoken in-game, one key away.
Honesty notes
- Free, forever. No accounts required, no payments, no ads.
- This build never submits scores to official osu! leaderboards — our community board is the fair table for the way we play.
- An osu! account is optional and only used for downloading songs in-game.
